Link Plus Remote Kit comes with a 12 months i.e. 360 days warranty on parts excluding accessories. This includes servicing/repair or replacement of damaged parts.
The warranty does not apply and does not cover the following:
1. Damage caused due to

- 1.2 acts of negligence or mishandling
- 1.3 force majeure events
- 1.4 events beyond the control of Link Plus

Link Plus Power Supplies comes with a 6 months i.e. 180 days warranty on
parts excluding accessories. This includes servicing/repair or replacement
of damaged parts.
The warranty does not apply and does not cover the following:
1. Damage caused due to
- 1.1 events caused by fire, water, electrical disturbances etc.
- 1.2 acts of negligence or mishandling
- 1.3 force majeure events
- 1.4 events beyond the control of Link Plus
Warranty Detail
1. Definitions
- 1.1 Accessories: Remote, Transformer, ABS housing and Main Lead.
- 1.2 Authorized Dealers: Such sellers/ retailers, which are authorized
by LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS to sell the
Product.
- 1.3 Customer: An end-user (a person, firm, company or the legal
entity) who purchases the Product from LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED
SECURITY SOLUTIONS or its Authorized Dealers
- 1.4 Carry in Warranty: Where the product needs to be carried by the
Dealer/Customer to the Service Centre to exercise this Warranty.
- 1.5 Invoice: Invoice shall mean the bill raised on the customer by the
Authorized Dealer or LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY
SOLUTIONS as the case may be and on the basis of which, the
Customer shall pay for the Product.
- 1.6 Product: Link Plus Remote Kit/ Wi-Fi Remote Kit/ Power
Supplies, marketed and sold by LIFE GUARD INTEGRATED
SECURITY SOLUTIONS, either directly or through its authorized
dealers.
- 1.7 Link Plus: LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS,
at D-39, Ground Floor, Hazara Park, Chander Nagar (W), Lane no. 5,
Delhi- 110051
- 1.8 Warranty: Warranty means this Warranty.
- 1.9 Warranty Card: Means the warranty card provided.
2. Scope of Warranty
- 2.1 This Warranty is available only for the Product and not for the
Accessories of the Product.
- 2.2 This Warranty is applicable only in case of any manufacturing
defects in the material or workmanship, for which servicing/ repair or
replacement of damaged parts shall be provided.
- 2.3 The warranty does not apply and does not cover the following:
- 2.3.1 Damage caused due to -
- 2.3.1.1 events caused by fire, water, electrical disturbances
- 2.3.1.2 acts of negligence or mishandling
- 2.3.1.3 force majeure events
- 2.3.1.4 events beyond the control of Link Plus
3. Warranty Period
- 3.1 Product is covered under 6/12 months i.e 180/360 days Carry-In
warranty from the date of purchase of the Product by the Authorized
Dealer/Customer.
- 3.2 Warranty validation/Warranty period confirmation shall be done
through the Warranty Card or Invoice.
- 3.3 If an Authorized Dealer/Customer transfers the ownership of
Product to another person, the remainder of the warranty period may
also transfer to the new owner.
- 3.4 Authorized Dealer/Customer shall be required to provide proof of
purchase or Warranty Card of the Product, as a pre-condition for
availing the warranty of the Product.
- 3.5 No claim made by a third party or made by Customer on behalf of
a third party shall be entertained by LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED
SECURITY SOLUTIONS.
4. Warranty Type
Carry-In Warranty service requires that the Product be brought by
the Authorized Dealers/Customer, at his/her sole cost and
responsibility, to LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY
SOLUTIONS office/service centre. Once the Product is repaired,
Authorized Dealers/Customer shall be responsible to pick-up the
repaired Product from LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY
SOLUTIONS office/service centre with whom the Product was placed
for repair.
5. Warranty Terms
- 5.1 Warranty is provided only on the Product that is purchased from
LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS or
LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS Authorized
Dealers.
- 5.2 Only in the case where there is no misuse of the Product or
tampering with the contents of the product and if serviced under
warranty, the Product will be returned configured as originally
purchased.
- 5.3 In the event of repairs or replacement of any part(s), during the
warranty period, the warranty of the Product shall thereafter continue
only for the unexpired period of original warranty.
- 5.4 The Warranty of the Product(s) and/or Accessories shall be
rendered null and void if:
- 5.4.1 The Product is physically damaged.
- 5.4.2 The Product is modified, repaired, maintained and /or
opened, disassembled by the Authorized Dealers/Customer or any
unauthorized person i.e. damage arising out of unauthorized
modification, repair and alteration.
- 5.4.3 The Product is operated and/or maintained in ways other
than recommended by LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY
SOLUTIONS in the user manual. Product operation outside the usage
parameters stated in the user manual provided with the Product.
- 5.4.4 The model no. or serial no. sticker of Product is removed,
mutilated or tampered with.
- 5.4.5 Any damage to the Product arising out of use of any
consumables or accessories other than those supplied by
LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS.
Replace & Refund Policy
Link Plus Return Policy
- 1. We do not offer “refund and/or return” of any product purchased
directly by LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS or
by our Authorized Dealers.
- 2. If the product is not working within 7 days of purchase we will take
back the product and give a new product.
- 3. The product has to be returned in original packing condition along
with all the accessories.
- 4. There will be “no return” of any product purchased under any
promotional scheme or discount or where the invoice specifically
mentions “no replacement”.
- 5. Original invoice / delivery challan / purchase receipt copy are
required to be submitted along with request for replacement.
- 6. LIFEGUARD INTEGRATED SECURITY SOLUTIONS reserves right
to ask the customer for identification.
Product Delivery Policy
Link Plus Product Delivery/ Courier Policy
- 1. We do not offer free transportation services for our product range.
- 2. We cover fare charges of up to “₹500 and/or 25 km” from our location
on order weight of 350-400 kg. Fare charges above ₹500 have to be
covered by the dealer/ customer.
- 3. “Courier services” for transportation to other parts of India have to be
paid solely by the dealer/ customer.
- 4. We will not cover the fare charges for the “Third party transport
services” (i.e. Porter/ Uncle Delivery/ Ola/ Uber etc.) booked by us or
by the dealer/ customer.
